Playlist post & Easter eggs & big giant thanks

We Won’t Feel a Thing has been out for almost a month already! HUGE THANKS and a big box of truth cupcakes to everyone who’s picked it up so far. (Especially the reviewer who said it was like if Douglas Adams wrote YA novels. I just rewrote my will and you got the popcorn popper, my blue knee socks with the elephants on them, and my cherished volume of Very Bad Poetry.)

If you’re into playlist posts, I stopped by the Pub Hub blog to chat with Kristen Jett about the music behind WWFaT. C’mon over and see why the everloving blazes I crammed King Harvest, The White Stripes, Leona Lewis, and Charles Aznavour onto the same soundtrack.

(And also this cover of “Octopus’s Garden.”)

Rachel and Riley are a bit self-conscious that their story’s Out There for all to see, so they’ve kind of been lying low for a while. They made Easter eggs this weekend and let me take a picture. If you’ve read at least the first chapter, I know I don’t have to tell you which egg is which.

Anyway, thanks so much for reading. If you liked WWFaT, please spread the word! If you haven’t read it yet, give it a try: it’s cheaper than a movie ticket and there are zero previews, commercials, or people sitting behind you whispering “Who’s that? Why do they live together? WHAT’S WITH ALL THE MUD AND ARROWS?”

Later, readerfriends! I’ll be back on Thursday to reveal the elegant and intriguing cover of Skye Malone‘s YA paranormal romance-adventure, AWAKEN.
