We Won’t Feel a Thing: RELEASE DAY!!!!!

It’s time.

Today is the official release day for WE WON’T FEEL A THING, my brand-new YA contemporary fantasy-romance-comedy (can you tell I had trouble with the Amazon keywords)? I think I might be temporarily out of words, because I’ve been sitting here staring at a blinking cursor for eleven minutes, and the only thing I can think to say is Do you have a spare bed? and Can I come over and sleep in it for 72 straight hours?

Oh, and also: THANK YOU.

If you’re reading this right now, you probably helped spread the word about WWFaT in some way over the past few months. To every single person who hosted the cover reveal, volunteered time as a beta reader, shared and liked the book trailer, and tweeted words of encouragement and excitement: I can’t thank you enough for supporting me and my weird little book. Hope it makes you laugh/gives you the feels/doesn’t make you stabby.

Here’s where to get it:

Amazon

Barnes & Noble

If you like it, spread the word! And if you’re just tuning in, here’s a little bit about the book:

The stop-motion trailer:

The blurb:

Seventeen-year-old best friends Rachel and Riley are in forbidden love.

Their situation’s. . .complicated. And their timing couldn’t be worse—in just one month, he leaves for California and she starts college in New York. The absolute last thing they need is a reckless secret-love confession mucking up their perfect plans.

There’s only one logical option: scientific intervention.

Desperate for a quick fix, they sign up for WAVES, an experimental self-help program led by mysterious scientist David A. Kerning. He swears his Forbidden Love Module can turn passion back to safe platonic friendship in “six easy steps.”

But when you arm yourself with an untested program, side effects are unpredictable.

And sometimes when you fight love—love fights back.

Thanks again for everything! I’ll be back on the blog soon with something silly. I missed silly.

And for my old friends back in the Cave of Eternal Revision: save a seat for me, y’all. Book #3 is brewing already. I’ll bring the red velvet cupcakes.
